Utilizing Level 3 & 4 Measurable Results

Customized dashboards in the learning experience platform meet the unique needs of administrators, mentors, and learners. Upload new and existing learning materials (videos, PDFs, eLearning modules, etc.) into one integrated software solution. Each learner has several phases of training to complete with the support of their mentor.

After each phase, learners self-assess while their mentor assesses and evaluates their training results. These assessments form the basis for Level 3 and 4 measurement of training results, and learner behavioural change.

The dashboard accesses and showcases measured results across the desktop and mobile interface. Share results with team members at any time.

The learning program is designed and customized to prompt managers to assist learners with actionable and useful feedback via Instant Messaging within our learning software. Real-time chat is available on the platform, where mentors are notified of any tasks learners haven’t completed. If you’re not available – you’ll receive an email notification about an alert or message.
